Payment for each and every order should be made by the customer, either via PayPal, credit card or debit card.
Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at eMarket Australia will not be stored within our system as they are collecting by the PayPal on their secured site.
Credit/Debit card information will not be visible to eMarket Australia Customer Service operators, IT staff or even for the Management.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT

PRICING AND GST

If an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item or a full refund will be provided.
Once you have confirmed your order, eMarket Australia are unable to cancel, add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes etc. or removing the items from your order.
eMarket Australia also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

- You have provided invalid personal details.
- The product has become unavailable
- If, for any reason, we don't reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery.

You will receive a refund for the value of the returned item less the value of the lowest priced pair. This is because the total order no longer qualifies for the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer.
