Our returns policy is an addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange of product or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 10 days of purchase.
- You contact our customer service team initially, obtain a return reference number and send the goods referring the number given to you.
The item is in resalable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging.
- Unused and in its original condition
If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange of product or refund for change of mind returns.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
Every product listed in our website are returnable unless specifically mentioned under the product description. Therefore it is your responsibility to read and understand the description provided regarding the product are willing to purchase, before making the purchase.
However products which are mentioned as “non returnable”, can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the description.
We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange of product or refund where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the description given
Adequate proof of purchase should be given for such an item, in order to receive another product or a refund.
We are not liable to provide refund for a product which is fully or partially damaged.

Assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result an exchange or refund being refused.
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
- Exchange cannot be provided with a similar product of a different brand.
How to return a product ordered on our website?
Products ordered through our website, can be returned to our stores. You will need your email receipt as information on this, as proof of purchase, together with the reference number given buy our customer service team, for the call given by you. For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable.
